iPhone App for Patient Advice Tracking

It is a medical application which tracks the patient records. It is basically an application which is used by physicians to keep a track of the advice which they offer the patients visiting their clinics/hospitals. They store their patients’ details like their diet, nutrients, physical parameters etc. and on basis of all that offer advice. All the records related to the patients are stored in the server.
