Event landing page for users

We created an event landing page to allow users to fill required information and register for events. The webpart we created allows users to fill information and on submitting it, the application sends an email to site administrator.

We also created a new template/ document type and added this web part to a new page. This webpart also allows admin to set to email address dynamically in Page level. And admin can also insert some text and images to our web part dynamically.
