Directory Press Encyclopedia for Healthcare Service Companies

Designed and implemented a directory press theme/site which is similar to yellow pages. The site is an encyclopedia of healthcare service companies. It allows users to register and submit a list of healthcare service companies on the site. The submission is then confirmed and activated by the admin and appears on the site search and listing pages.

We created several plugins for this project and customized as well as implemented plugins for Twitter feed, RSS feed, site activity etc. Designed and implemented the advanced search feature which allows users to search and find the companies as per their name, location, website link, keywords etc.

Implemented Google APIs to map the location of the companies in the Google map embedded in the site.
