MetaTrader Desktop Application
Executive Summary
VPS is basically a HTML5 VNC portal. We allow users to see MetaTrader Desktop application hosted on Linux servers into browser through VNC protocol. We are using a HTML5 VNC client which starts a proxy to the VNC server that we want to connect with.
We have used VPS API to authenticate user. This API is also used for some other purposes like gathering information about VPS server for a particular user, setting the screen size and managing Expert Advisers and other packages installed on the MetaTrader Application. We have also implemented a labeling system which extracts labels from API and renders them.
There are many retailers in this system and every retailer can customize the look and feel of the system. We have implemented interface to render YouTube channels, Twitter feed according to the retailers. Retailer can customize template colors and logo based on the retailer template.
