WordPress portal for Event Affiliate management

Designed and implemented an event management portal with affiliate functionality. Here one can manage events and has various options to render event calendar in pages/posts through shortcodes and widgets. This provides admin to create single or recurring events, add descriptions about event.  It has a power full search functionality which allows to do custom search like events by location, venue type etc. Implemented full text search for faster search of the event data in the system. Integrated Google maps and table map functionality which will help users to locate event and book their desired table for an event.

Created functionality where affiliate can register and login to get their affiliate code and necessary shortcodes, widgets to showcase events calendar in their sites. Through shortcodes and widgets affiliate sites can display events in various AJAX-powered calendars, ranging from simple full and small-sized calendars which are easy to style and incorporate into affiliate site easily. Each affiliate get points on for successful attendees’ registration. Affiliates can check their affiliates points from their dash board. Added back-end functionality which will help super admin to track the affiliates through which bookings have been done for a specific event.

Also created a system which will manage locations, venues and performers. We have added functionality for Managing venue owners and the event owners which would associate them with respective venue and event at the time of creating venues and events. Implemented extra functionality which will allow the users to send their query to respective event owners or venue owners. Last but not least integrated PayPal payment gateway for attendee registration functionality, also integrated spam protection with recaptcha.
