Designed and implemented a custom theme for WordPress. Heavily used jQuery and customized the Contact Form 7 plugin. The application allows interested users to submit tickets/queries into the system. The administrator can then assign them to appropriate branch leaders who then distribute tickets to sales agents. The agents then have the ability to update the status of the ticket. The system supports multi-user roles.
